Fundraiser details

  • This is a pre-order fundraiser supporting St. Thomas Aquinas High School (STA) students raising money for their Europe trip. A portion of every board sold will be donated back to the students.

Ordering

    1. Add Charcuterie Board (STA Fundraiser) to your cart

    3. Enter your email (this is where your order confirmation will be sent)

    4. Select PICK UP

    5. You will be asked to select a date + time (this is required by the website and cannot be skipped)

    6. Enter your payment details and complete checkout

    Please Note

    Our website will show the pickup address as 1161 Heron, however all STA fundraiser orders will be delivered to and picked up at St. Thomas Aquinas High School on April 2.

    If you are ordering the STA fundraiser board, you do not need to pick up from 1161 Heron.

Pickup

  • All orders will be delivered to STA (1211 S Russell Rd, Russell, ON K4R 0B9) on Thursday, April 2.

  • Pickup will be available at St. Thomas Aquinas High School (STA) on APRIL 2 between 1-3 PM.


    TOMONI will deliver all boards to the school, and the school will organize distribution.

  • Pickup times are managed by the school. (APRIL 2 between 1-3 PM)

    Please refer to STA’s pickup instructions.

  • Please make arrangements with a friend or family member to pick up your board for you.
    Unclaimed boards will remain the responsibility of the school after delivery.

  • No — this fundraiser is school delivery only.

  • Each platter includes:

    • 4 premium cheeses

    • 3 cured meats

    • seasonal fruits

    • a spread

    • accompaniments

    • crackers packed separately

    (Items may vary slightly based on availability.)

  • To keep the fundraiser smooth no customizations are available.

  • This board contains dairy, nuts, and gluten (crackers).


    It may also contain traces of other allergens due to shared preparation space.

  • Best enjoyed the same day.


    If refrigerated, it can be enjoyed within 24-48 hours.
