POLICIES
Delivery Hours
We deliver daily between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please allow a 30-minute window before and after your selected delivery time to accommodate any unexpected delays.
Pickup Hours
Pickups are by appointment only at 1161 Heron Rd, Ottawa, Ontario. We’ll do our very best to accommodate the pickup time requested when placing your order and will follow up by email to confirm the details. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment.
Prep Time/Lead Time
Orders (excluding catering) must be placed by 1:00 PM, at least 2 days in advance of your desired delivery or pickup date. Some items may require additional notice. During busier seasons, lead times may be extended at our discretion to ensure the quality and care behind every order.
Catering orders must be placed a minimum of one week prior to your event. Catering requests submitted within this timeframe may be accepted based on availability and will be subject to a late-order fee, which will be added to your invoice.
Refunds & Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, but as a small business, cancellations have a direct impact on us. Please be sure of your order before placing it, our cutoff time is 1:00 PM, two days before your desired date, which provides plenty of time to plan confidently.
All refunds are processed minus non-refundable payment processing fees retained by our payment provider.
More than 48 hours’ notice: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
48 to 24 hours’ notice: 40% refund (minus processing fees)
Less than 24 hours’ notice, incorrect delivery information, or missed pickups: No refund
Catering orders: Non-refundable once confirmed
Catering Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all on-site catering and grazing table bookings. The remaining balance is due on the date of service.
Social Media and Marketing
We love sharing our creations and may photograph our work for marketing and social media purposes, which can include geotagging. If you prefer that your event or order not be shared, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Where do I pick up my order?
All pickups are by appointment at 1161 Heron Rd, Ottawa, Ontario. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time, and we ask that you arrive promptly once your appointment is confirmed.
Do you offer vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free options? What if I have food allergies?
Yes! We’re happy to provide gluten-free crackers, vegan cheese, and nut-free options upon request.
Please note that vegan cheese substitutes may contain nuts and/or soy.
Disclaimer: While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, all products are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens. Please consume at your own discretion.
What do I need to provide for my catered event?
For full grazing tables, clients are asked to provide:
A table (72" for small grazes, 84"–96" for medium or large grazes)
A tablecloth
Plates, forks, and napkins (if not ordered through us)
A fan for outdoor setups and a canopy for shade if needed

What time will you arrive to set up for my event?
For on-site catering, we generally arrive two hours prior to service time to set up.
