All sales are final.

Each Tomoni creation is made fresh and crafted with care, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review each concern on a case-by-case basis to ensure you have the best possible experience.

Because our products are perishable and prepared by hand, we cannot offer refunds due to taste preferences, changes of mind, or event cancellations beyond our stated cancellation policy.

All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences, Tomoni cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should consume at their own discretion.

Tomoni is not liable for any illness, injury, or allergic reaction resulting from the consumption or handling of our products.

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility for safe handling and storage passes to the customer.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are final.

Tomoni reserves full creative flexibility. Designs, arrangements, and ingredient selections may vary slightly based on seasonality and availability, but quality and care will always remain consistent.
